Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes — you can upgrade from Basic to Pro at any time. We charge only the price difference, prorated to your remaining subscription days.
Is GST included in the price?
GST (18%) is added on top of the listed price. The total amount shown on each card already includes GST.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit & Debit cards, and Net Banking via Cashfree Payments. EMI is available on selected cards.
Are subscriptions refundable?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals — your plan continues to work until the current billing cycle ends.
What happens after my plan expires?
Your account remains active with Free plan features. Premium features (AI tools, advanced filters) become locked and you can renew any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — you can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard. Your plan continues to work till the end of the current period.
Do you offer team plans?
Yes — Enterprise plans support multiple user logins, team management and priority support. Contact us for a custom quote.
Is there a free trial?
A free trial is coming soon. Meanwhile, the Free plan lets you browse all 3,500+ tenders without any payment.
