This Cancellation Policy governs subscription fees paid to TAXOSURE (operated by Taxosure, “we”, “us”, “our”) by users of the platform at tender.taxosure.com. By purchasing any paid plan you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases on TAXOSURE are final. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, add-ons, or any other paid services.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for unused periods of a subscription.
- Cancellation only stops future automatic renewals; it does not trigger a refund of fees already paid.
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Dashboard → Subscription. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing cycle — you continue to retain access until that date. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of fees already paid.
3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If you were charged but did not receive a subscription (failed payment, duplicate charge, gateway error), email support@tenderindia.in with the transaction reference. We reconcile against Cashfree records and resolve any verified duplicate or failed charges as a one-time goodwill correction.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card network without first contacting us, your account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Please email us first — we will help resolve any genuine billing problem.
5. GST & Taxes
All fees on TAXOSURE are inclusive of applicable GST. Tax invoices for every paid subscription are available in your dashboard for filing purposes.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
For exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy, you may write to support@tenderindia.in. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and do not constitute a precedent or general entitlement to a refund.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 7 days before they take effect. The version date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
