TenderIndia aggregates publicly-available government tender information from official portals. We do not issue, modify, or guarantee any tender. Always verify information on the source portal before bidding.

2. Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • One person/entity per account, unless on Enterprise plan.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data without written permission.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute data from the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's operation.
  • Submit content that is illegal, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or defraud anyone.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Charges are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee on Premium subscriptions. Email hello@tender.taxosure.com within 7 days of purchase. Enterprise refunds are governed by the signed agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All TenderIndia code, design, and original content is © TenderIndia. Tender data published by government departments remains the property of those departments — we display it under fair-use / public-information principles.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS". We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tender data. AI-generated summaries may contain errors — always verify against the original tender document.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenderIndia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost bids, or business interruption arising from use of the Service. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
